\nQualification- Technical degree or post graduate in computer science \/ information technology.

Key Responsibilities –
\nProvide regular update to reporting manager. Guide development efforts towards successful project delivery.
\nEnsure proper coding standard should be followed by developers Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
\nIdentify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team.
\nCollaborate with other software developers, business analysts and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain web- and business applications.
\nAssist in the collection and documentation of user’s requirements, development of user stories, estimates and work plans.
\nPrepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation, and maintenance of software. Analyze and resolve technical and application problems.<\/p>\n
Desired Experience & Expertise-<\/p>\n
3+ years experience as a Web Application Developement using LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySql and PHP\/Python\/Perl). Basic understanding Asterisk,Freeswitch. Strong grip on backend technology fundamentals Understanding of shell script,YAML. In depth knowledge of MVC frameworks like Laravel,Django,Flask,Pyramid,Bootstrap Experience in database development including MySQL,PostgreSql, MongoDB,Cassandra,Oracle. Strong knowledge of JavaScript,nodeJs,Jquery, AJAX, HTML5, CSS3, OOPS,python,php Strong knowledge of Restful API\t<\/p>\n
Desired Personal characteristics \/ Soft skills\t\t–<\/p>\n
Prior experience in a Development, Debugger.<\/p>\n
Strong communication skills (verbal & written both)<\/p>\n
Accountability in terms of providing regular and on need basis update to management.<\/p>\n
