\nReports to: Business Manager \u2013 Structura (Pipe) Sales
\nJob Objective: To ensure achievement sales targets as per plan; implement initiatives at the dealer
\nlevel; build consumer & influencer connect and gather competitive intelligence data from the field
\nPrimary Responsibilities:
\n1. Sales
\n\u2022 Understand the geography-wise sales plans for from superiors and cascade them
\nto dealer-wise sales plans; ensure achievement of same
\n\u2022 Visit dealer locations as per Personal Journey Plans (PJP); Build mutually beneficial
\nrelationships with dealers
\n\u2022 Ensure dealer development and motivation towards sales and generation of
\nadequate sales funnel; promote new products \/ SKUs as planned
\n\u2022 Track dealer performance and take required action to improve non performing dealers
\n\u2022 Build consumer\/ influencer connect as per the region to build brand awareness and generate
\nleads for the dealers; (Guide dealer ASEs as applicable)
\n\u2022 Identify avenues for superior service delivery & inform superior
\n\u2022 Drive exclusivity of dealers as applicable
\n\u2022 Maintain regular coordination with In-charge \u2013 MIS to ensure on-time order fulfilment
\n\u2022 Manage outstanding with dealers post order fulfillment periodically
\n\u2022 Submit all required reports\/ MIS\/ competitor profiles on time.
\n2. Sales Promotion
\n\u2022 Implement all meets, PPA \/ schemes & initiatives for dealers, influencers & consumers as per
\nplans
\n\u2022 Monitor & ensure effective implementation of all initiatives (RCP\/ Tally etc.) at the dealer
\noutlet
\n3. Self Development
\n\u2022 Participate in performance reviews and knowledge sharing sessions
\n\u2022 Incorporate feedback provided in regular day-to-day working
\n4. Initiatives
\n\u2022 Support in implementation of initiatives for improvement in the current systems &processes
\n\u2022 *Oversee any other work as per business need as communicated by the Superior
