\n INTERACTING WITH CLIENTS<\/p>\n
o Deal directly with customers, identify their needs, romance the merchandise and close sales<\/p>\n
o Track your closing ratio and make sure that it is consistently good<\/p>\n
o Take Orders for pieces that are either not in stock or not available in the right size<\/p>\n
o Take-in Repairs by following all the steps carefully<\/p>\n
o Follow up with clients on repairs, orders<\/p>\n
o Meet every deadline and keep every promise you make to your client<\/p>\n
\u00b7 HANDLING JEWELRY<\/p>\n
o Displaying jewelry every morning in its designated spot and placing it back in the vault at end of day<\/p>\n
o Cleaning the jewelry every time you remove jewelry from a case or are putting it back<\/p>\n
o Use Gloves at all times when handling jewelry<\/p>\n
o Polki Jewelry must be handled carefully. Please read its handling manual carefully<\/p>\n
\u00b7 BILLING<\/p>\n
o Ensure smooth and quick billing of the client\u2019s purchase<\/p>\n
VISUAL MERCHANDISING CLEANLINESS AND MAINTENANCE<\/p>\n
o Keeping the counters well-organized with all the essentials in their designated space<\/p>\n
o Displaying jewelry appropriately i.e. accounting for lighting, position, elevation etc.<\/p>\n
o Keeping display material clean and dust-free<\/p>\n
o Ensuring that the jewellery is displayed in the best manner possible in the case<\/p>\n
\u00b7 LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT<\/p>\n
o Participate actively in all learning initiatives<\/p>\n
o Improve your sales skills consistently to improve your closing ratios<\/p>\n
o Improve your soft skills to better manage your relationships with clients<\/p>\n
