The candidate must be able to manage and execute the full life cycle recruiting process for our technology teams\t ensuring\t a positive candidate experience (sourcing, phone screens\/technical screens, facilitating onsite interviews, offer negotiation,\tetc.). Can build and maintain a candidate pipeline , assess candidate technical skills and organizational fit .Must be able to improve our employer brand awareness to the appropriate technical audience (i.e. networking events, career fairs, university recruiting, social media, etc.). The candidate must be capable to deliver high quality of work, look for ways to improve and promote quality, apply feedback to improve performance and monitors own work to ensure quality. Approximately 2-3 years of full life cycle technical recruiting experience is required.
