\nWe are looking for a confident, outgoing, extremely organized person to provide support to our
\nclient\u2019s staffing needs. The person will be responsible for recruiting and sourcing candidates
\nfrom both conventional and unconventional resources to help various positions and on
\noccasion other positions within the company. This position may require travel outside India and
\nbe responsible for representing us at different events.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities
\n\uf0b7 Develop and execute recruitment in order to fill a high volume of diverse openings.
\n\uf0b7 Conducts sourcing activities which may include but is not limited to cold calling, utilizing
\nsocial media, on-line job boards and recruitment databases, state medical boards and
\nprofessional association sites, regional conferences and state chapter meetings.
\n\uf0b7 Survey and research of potential consultants in US through net search, teleconference,
\nemail marketing, online bidding and other medium.
\n\uf0b7 To contact the final list of potential consultants\/customers through all types of medium
\nsuch as E-mails, Telephonic Calls & Meetings.
\n\uf0b7 Manage existing account\/customer relationships, generating leads & understanding the
\nrequirements of the consultants.
\n\uf0b7 Builds a qualified talent pipeline and maintains relationships with key stakeholders.
\n\uf0b7 Qualifies, presents and schedules candidates to fulfill client requirements.
\n\uf0b7 Keeps current with candidate sourcing techniques and resources.
\n\uf0b7 Works collaboratively with Marketing Team and follows up on leads in a timely manner
\n\uf0b7 Preparation of project product proposal and seek approval from the management
\n\uf0b7 Preparation of Marketing & Business Development material such as Introduction
\nLetters, Proposals and collaterals.<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Business development and portfolio Management.
\n\uf0b7 Functional area would be recruitment and business development.<\/p>\n
Requirements
\n\uf0b7 Excellent written, verbal English communication skills
\n\uf0b7 Graduate\/ Post Graduate
\n\uf0b7 Should have basic technical understanding
\n\uf0b7 Strong US Staffing Market intelligence a MUST (IT\/ non \u2013 IT Recruitment)
\n\uf0b7 Ensure Delivery and meet monthly\/ quarterly targets
\n\uf0b7 Ability to establish a cooperative, collaborative working environment
\n\uf0b7 Character is more important than any level of skill, experience, or education
\n\uf0b7 Willing to travel out of India when required to attend conferences, seminars and to
\npresent us on different platforms.<\/p>\n
