We are looking for a business development manager to help increase our business in the data analytics
\nsoftware space and\/or customized ERP and Oracle software space.
\nThis is a commission tilted, significantly challenging and rewarding position that requires skills broken down as:
\n1) Selling Skills<\/p>\n
a. Proven capability to develop and manage sales opportunities from beginning to end
\nincluding qualification, proposal, final selection, due diligence, and closing
\nb. Full sales lifecycle expertise, Handling the Up level lead generation and setting up
\nonline demo meeting and f2f meetings
\nc. Good Acumen of root cause analysis & nice level of patience to handle customer
\nqueries
\nd. Outstanding commercial skills at all levels of contacts: Executive, Middle
\nmanagement, Production floor & technical Proven sales success Including business
\nto business experience
\ne. Demonstrated experience in sales management & technical sales
\nf. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
\ng. Ability to communicate easily in English orally and written
\nh. Strong oral, presentation and written communication skills.
\ni. A disciplined, yet flexible and creative approach
\nk. Positive, \u2018\u2019can do\u2019\u2019 attitude<\/p>\n
2) Technical Skills
\na. Good Technical skills in terms of understanding the Product \/ Process at different
\nVerticals \/ Industries
\nb. Coordinating between the technical team and the client for ensuring smooth
\ncustomer on-boarding
\nc. Good understanding of ERP solutions and other technologies
\nd. BSC\/MBA \/Eng or equivalent educational qualifications or relevant work experience<\/p>\n
3) Personal qualities essential for success in this high profile position
\na. High level of self-confidence and determination in customer facing arena
\nb. An extrovert is highly preferred over an introvert \u2013 however, the communication style must
\nbe soothing to a variety of people in a variety of positions
\nc. Straight-forwardness in the personality make-up is a must
\nd. Flexibility to travel anywhere as per the company requirements<\/p>\n
4) Required: Fluency in one or more Indian languages\u00b7 <\/p>\n
Good Technical understanding of ERP solutions and Data Analytics (preferable)\u00b7
\nAmbition to develop and progress\u00b7
\nExperience in more than one market\/application\/geography\u00b7
\nSome govt. projects experience would be a plus\u00b7
\nTechnical knowledge and software background would be preferred<\/p>\n
