\nQualification: BE\/BTech\/Diploma (Mechanical)
\nLocation: CHENNAI only 3 weeks in Basma Plant for Induction & then shifted to Chennai.
\nExperience: 8.5 to 12 yrs.
\nAny Specific Industry: Tier 1 and Tier 2 (Automotive firm)\/ Automobile Manufacturing
\nPreferred Age: 30 to 34 years
\nCTC \u2013 up to 8.5 Lac for AM & 11 Lac for DM<\/p>\n
Skills & Competencies:<\/p>\n
Technical:
\n1. QMS & HSE
\n2. Deep Knowledge of ISO 9001-2015, IATF16949, ISO14001:2015&ISO45001, Certified Internal<\/p>\n
Auditor.
\nGeneric: Good communication skills.<\/p>\n
Areas of Expertise:
\n1. Implement all relevant procedures described in the Quality Management System (QMS)
\nand ensure compliance.
\n2. Create, Define & Implementation of QMS.
\n3. Managing & ensuring adherence to quality assurance programs in the organization and
\nsuggesting improvements for achieving the targets.
\n4. Undertake internal and process audits of the Quality Management System (QMS).
\n5. Update quality documentation and communicate to carry forward lessons learned from
\nquality concerns in new customer contracts.
\n6. Ensure that all necessary systems and procedures are in place to satisfy all customer
\nrequirements and audits.
\n7. Support Validation and re validation process.<\/p>\n
