Job Objective:
\n\uf0b7 To ensure achievement sales targets (bookings and Sales) as per plan
\n\uf0b7 Manage the distributor sales executive on a day to day basis
\n\uf0b7 Manage 8-10 dealers in the allocated territory
\n\uf0b7 Implement initiatives in-line
\n\uf0b7 Build builder\/promoter and influencer connect
\n\uf0b7 Ensuring a consumer-driven mindset at all times
\nPrimary Responsibilities:
\n1. Territory Management
\n\uf0b7 Map the potential high opportunity pockets in the territory and ensure dealer and
\nsalesman coverage adequately
\n\uf0b7 Understand the geography-wise sales plans
\ncascade them to consumption center wise sales plans; ensure achievement of same
\n\uf0b7 Regularly meet and engage with stake holders (builder, contractors, architects) to
\ndiscuss and pitch PRAVESH across the territory
\n\uf0b7 Help sales managers create enablers \/ BTL\/ sales programs for the territory ensure
\nrigorous execution
\n2. Sales Executive (SE) Management
\n\uf0b7 Help the sales executives plan their leads, meetings, activities and travel plans both
\nat the beginning of the month and across the month
\n\uf0b7 Interact with each SE (5-7 per TSM) on a daily basis \u2013 Help him plan the day
\n(consumers and meetings) and review his performance at the end of the day
\n\uf0b7 Support SEs in closing larger \/ difficult consumers by being present in person
\n\uf0b7 Provide SE wise reports (strengths, weaknesses, issues) to SM, plan and execute any
\nSE level interventions required
\n\uf0b7 Shadow the SEs to build capabilities that will help them sell better. Each SE to be
\nshadowed in person for at least twice every month
\n\uf0b7 Ensure SE attrition is minimized.
\n\uf0b7 Fill any SE vacancies by identifying and onboarding suitable candidates (with the
\nhelp of distributors)
\n3. Dealer Management<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Visit dealers every month, ensure they are clear of targets and motivated to perform
\n\uf0b7 Ensure all dealers are meeting basic business requirements (E.g. Good quality
\ndisplays, sharing of consumer leads with SEs, <\/p>\n
4. Self-Development
\n\u2022 Participate in performance reviews and knowledge sharing sessions
\n\u2022 Incorporate feedback provided in regular day-to-day working
\n\u2022 Submit all required reports\/ MIS\/ competitor profiles on time
\n5. Initiatives
\n\u2022 Support in implementation of initiatives for improvement in the current systems &
\nprocesses
\n\u2022 Oversee any other work as per business need as communicated by the Superior<\/p>\n
