\nScheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process. Preparing Offer letter, appointment letter.
\nPreparing new employee files. Receiving calls Sales Co-ordination. Scheduling job interviews and

\nResponsibilities:
\n\uf0b7 Assist the Front Office Manager to plan and execute all activities for the smooth functioning
\nof the Front Office department.
\n\uf0b7 Plan for & conduct audits for all Front Office areas for maintenance requirements, repairs or
\nrefurbishing, ensuring that these are actioned without delay
\n\uf0b7 Responsible for day to day operations of Front Office Department.
\n\uf0b7 Ensure that guests are greeted, checked in and allocated rooms promptly and courteously.
\n\uf0b7 Ensure that enquiries, messages & bookings are dealt with courteously and efficiently.
\n\uf0b7 Review the accounts for guests whose balances have exceeded the pre-established credit
\nlimit and plan and suggest the course of action to the Front Office Manager
