Experience 10 to 20 years is good.

\nQualification is a Mechanical Engineer or someone with a technical background or a techno-commercial person.
\n Packaging Industry or Paper Industry<\/p>\n
He should be GM Operations ie he should look after the entire plant production on a daily basis.
\nHe should have a good understanding of the production process, knowledge of the plant and should be able to ensure that the plant is running continuously without interruptions. He should make suggestions for improving the productivity and cost reduction and streamlining the production process.
\nHe needs to liaison with the creditors for raw materials and debtors for recovery.
\nHe should have adequate knowledge of statutory compliances like GST, ESIC, PF etc.
\nHe should also be in touch with the local bodies like the Industries department etc and with Banks.
\nHence it is good if the candidate has a mechanical background like a mechanical engineer or a pulping background.
\n It would be best if the person is techno-commercial.<\/p>\n
