\nJob Description\/Job Responsibilites:- Prospect for potential new clients (Manufacturing
\nbusinesses) and turn this into business opportunities. Build Solution to customer needs based on their
\nrequirement by understanding their business
\nCold calling the prospects (via phone and email) as
\nappropriate within your market or geographic area to
\nensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within
\nthe client organization. Research and build relationships with new clients. Meetings clients, decision makers and company’s practice
\nleaders\/Principals if required. Plan approaches and pitches. Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the
\nclient’s needs, concerns, and objectives. Participate in pricing the solution\/service. Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements
\nand working through differences to a positive conclusion. Use a variety of sales methods to persuade or negotiate
\nappropriately. Present an image that mirrors that of the client. Meeting the Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Sales<\/p>\n
