RESPONSIBITIY:<\/p>\n
1- To design and manufacture LED lighting products.
\n2- To design the LED drivers per given instructions.
\n2- Participate in preparation of design and circuitry specifications.
\n3- Assist in the development of hardware specifications on PCB.
\n4- Analyze, design, and develop conventional analog and digital circuits as required.
\n5- Demonstrate and document products and circuits, conventional analysis and standard testing methodologies.
\n6- Design, implement, for product development.
\n7- Write and analyze test plans, conduct design tests and evaluate test results.
\n8- To design, manufacture the components and provide integrated solutions for commercial usage of IC
\n(Integrated Circuits)
\n9- Prepare and maintain product documentation, including data sheets, instruction manuals, project notebooks,
\ndesign and test documentation.
\n10- Provide and maintain accurate product cost estimates. Provide basic labor estimates. Generate and maintain
\naccurate Bills of Material.
\n11- Participate in industry technical meetings, seminars, and conferences.
\n12- Follow and improve R & D processes.
\nThe candidate shall be highly motivated, self-starter with strong written and oral communication skills in English
\nand to work well in a team environment.
\nSelectee may be required to successfully complete a probationary 90 days period, this position is open for three
\nmonths trial base with pay, during this period will assess the chosen applicants in all aspects of works,
\nattitude, especially in how to get along and go along with the company’s way of doing business, handling the
\nprojects and achieving DEADLINES under special and STRICT supervision of Michael Zandi the SeniorDesigner.<\/p>\n
After successful 100% passing of the entry test, we will offer positions in full-time for a period of one year
\ncontract with option for contract extensions, if both parties agree.
\n*** Starting entry salary for the full time position will be Rs290,000 p.a., depending on experience the given figure
\nwill be adjusted. Also, with additional salary adjustments which will take place once every six month. The salary
\nincrease will depends on a person who takes charge of the projects and taking initiatives to be productive part of
\nthe design team with excellent performance without any repeated mistakes, meeting the DEADLINES will be the
\nmost important aspect of this job.
\nQUALIFICATIONS:
\n1- B.S. and\/or M.S. in Electrical Engineering
\n2- Strong ability in English for writing, speaking and documentation
\n3- Typically with 3 – 5 years of combined experience in at least 2 of the following areas:
\n4- The minimum experience required is of 3 -5 years in the field of lighting design products, R&D, and production.
\n5- Analog circuit design
\n6- Digital design with microprocessors
\n7- IC (Integrated Circuit) and power supply design
\n8- Working knowledge of project management processes and procedures
\n9- Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
\n10- Ability to work cooperatively in team environment
