Job Description for Production Manager<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Quality & Production coordination with respective department Managers, Plant, pump operators & clients for a smooth, effective and qualitative functioning in your allocated shift.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 We work in shift duties, and you primary duty would be controlling the plant operations .<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Ensure timely dispatches & ensure Batch MIS.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Coordination with Concrete Pumps supervisors, Transit mixer drivers for smooth delivery. Handling the quality department in your shift.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Coordination with clients and ensure timelines are met and the clients are satisfied.<\/p>\n
Mandatory requirements for this position:<\/p>\n
1. Experience in the similar profile is a MUST at an Assistant manager or Manager level<\/p>\n
2. Graduate preferably Civil Engg with mimum of 5 years experience in an Assistant manager or manager level.<\/p>\n
3. Must be able handle the Production of the plant single handedly without any assistance.<\/p>\n
4. Spoken & written English is desirable.<\/p>\n
5. Should have excellent man management skills<\/p>\n
6. Should be Computer literate<\/p>\n
