Job brief
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide enterprise-level assistance to our
customers. They will diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems and help our
customers install applications and programs.
Technical Support Engineer responsibilities include resolving software issues, using remote desktop
connections to provide immediate support. They will use email and chat applications to give clients
quick answers to simple software issues. For more complex problems that require nuanced instruction,
they will contact clients via phone and\/or provide clear, written instructions and technical manuals.
Ultimately, they will be a person our customer\u2019s trust. Customers will rely on them to provide timely
and accurate solutions to their technical problems.
Responsibilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uf0b7 Identifying and prospecting potential customers by working on leads
\uf0b7 Be an expert in the products &amp; services of the company and communicating their
value and utility to the prospects.
\uf0b7 Provide Software Technical Support (ONLINE &amp; ON SIGHT)
\uf0b7 Arranging &amp; conducting software demo to customers
\uf0b7 Benchmarking for MSUs (Maintenance, scheduling, and up-gradation)
\uf0b7 Sending quotations &amp; Commercial negotiations with the customers &amp; follow up till
the order \/sale is closed
\uf0b7 Customer training and annual maintenance of software
\uf0b7 Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
\uf0b7 Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
\uf0b7 Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network
configuration
\uf0b7 Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
\uf0b7 Follow up with clients to ensure their software is fully functional after
troubleshooting
\uf0b7 Prepare accurate and timely reports
\uf0b7 Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
\uf0b7 Working with sales team when closing sale
\uf0b7 Follow-up with existing customers for new business and networking with new
customers<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uf0b7 To be based at our Bangalore office, handling the sales &amp; servicing of our all
softwares.
\uf0b7 Our Bangalore office is located at Bettahalasuru Cross (Located on Devanahalli
Airport Road)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
\uf0b7 1+ years\u2019 experience in CAD \/ CAM software sales, like Cimatron, GibbsCAM for tool
rooms &amp; Metalix
\uf0b7 Masters \/Bachelor\u2019s degree \/Diploma in related domain (technical or engineering or any field)
along with software sales experience.
\uf0b7 Strong CAD \/ CAM software theory and practical application experience and successful track
record, recommended.
\uf0b7 Software Sales: 1 years (Preferred)
Other Skills and Qualifications:
\uf0b7 Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact
with potential customers.
\uf0b7 People Skills: Persuasive and goal oriented.
\uf0b7 Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanour.
\uf0b7 Self-motivated and self-directed.
\uf0b7 Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
\uf0b7 In-depth understanding of company products, services, and its position in the industry.
