JOB DESCRIPTION:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Designation – Manager Fund Raising<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Qualification : Any Graduate \/ MBA\/PGDM in Finance with similar experience
Position : 1 Nos.
Location : Mumbai
Salary : As per Industry standards<\/p>\n\n\n\n

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES\/ ACCOUNTABILITIES
\uf0b7 Preparation of Financial Models for Term Loan, Feasibility Report for CAPEX and RESCO Projects.
\uf0b7 Analyzing the sources and application of funds.
\uf0b7 Approaching new lenders for term loan\/construction finance\/LAP facilities and preparing presentations, project &amp; group
level data, debt position of the company and other data as required to close the deal.
\uf0b7 Coordinating for disbursements, repayments for existing lenders.
\uf0b7 Working on non-fund based limit (Bank Guarantee).
\uf0b7 Working with Internal &amp; external auditor for streamlining operating procedures, internal compliances, MIS and reports for
business intelligence.
\uf0b7 Preparation of Monthly Compliance reports for Investors.
\uf0b7 Closely working with Business Development team &amp; responsible for due diligence process including legal, valuation &amp;
compliance aspects.
\uf0b7 Compliances with Banks &amp; Relationship management with lenders.
\uf0b7 Treasury management.
\uf0b7 Cost controls on interest rate, etc.
\uf0b7 Strong interpersonal skills to solve issues and communicate with banking personnel at all levels.
\uf0b7 Setting up ongoing communication with banks to tailor financial objectives and strategies.
\uf0b7 Analyze the company\u2019s financial outlooks &amp; develop strategies that can increase the net worth and facilitate the business
operations.
\uf0b7 Maintain strong banking relationships to ensure better interest rates, loan structures &amp; better rates on deposits.
\uf0b7 Analyze borrowing capacity and interest rates ahead of time for future business.
\uf0b7 Developing strategies for elimination of financial risk.
\uf0b7 Proficient with banking regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
