Executive Assistant to CEO<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Experience – 3 to 5 years of experience
Salary – 3 to 3.5 lPA
Location –  Mumbai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Executive Support<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO and executive team
including: managing several active calendars of appointments; composing and preparing
correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel
plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel related meetings;
and keeping minutes during meetings.
\u2022 Plans, coordinates and ensures the executive team\u2019s schedules are followed and
respected.
\uf0b7 Brainstorming of new ideas.
\u2022 Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the executive team and external
contacts.
\u2022 Works closely and effectively with the CEO to keep him\/her well informed of upcoming
commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
\u2022 Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach,
including drafting acknowledgement letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks
that facilitate the CEO ability to effectively lead the company.
\u2022 Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-
through on all projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures under
CEO\u2019s observation.
\u2022 Learn the entire aspect of the organization and how it works, to innovate ideas for
project execution with their respective line managers by brainstorming.
\u2022  Willingness to travel extensively for business at all times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Administrative Support<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Assists in coordinating the agenda of senior management team meetings and off-sites,
and all-staff meetings
\u2022 Greet guests in a professional manner
\u2022 Administration of the office in absence of the CEO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Qualifications<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Good organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks
seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
\u2022 Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders,
including staff, board members, external partners and investors
\u2022 Good written and verbal communication skills
\u2022 Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making
capability<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Emotional maturity
\u2022 Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective
independently
\u2022 Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to
various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer\/client
service and response
\u2022 Must be available for occasional after-hour support Education and Experience
Requirements
\u2022 Bachelor degree required
\u2022 Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
