. Job Responsibilities: Graphic Design<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Determining strategies to deliver a clear message to a target audience.<\/li>
  2. Preparing layouts or mock-ups of a design using illustration, text, photography,
    \ncolor, and computer-generated imagery, either by hand or using computersoftware.<\/li>
  3. Presenting designs for approval and feedback.<\/li>
  4. Preparing designs for digital or print publication.<\/li>
  5. Liaise with sales & marketing team to determine requirements before making design
    \ndecisions.<\/li>
  6. Create ideas, concepts and design based on media and style brief agreed bythe
    \ndifferent teams.<\/li>
  7. Manage proposals by briefing and advising different teams about design style,
    \nformat, and print production<\/li>
  8. Develop concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, companylogos,
    \nand websites.<\/li>
  9. Ideate for campaigns, presentations, business development pitches, keeping inmind
    \nquality, layout, and presentation<\/li>
  10. Determine size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, font style and size<\/li>
  11. Prepare rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief. Review final layouts and
    \nsuggest improvements if required<\/li>
  12. Proofread to produce accurate and high-quality work<\/li>
  13. Work with a range of media, including computer-aided design (CAD) and keep up to
    \ndate with emerging technologies<\/li>
  14. Liaise with external printers, copywriters, stylists, illustrators, otherdesigners,
    \naccount executives, web developers and marketing specialists<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      \n\u2022 Undergraduate\/postgraduate degree in Design or appropriate field of study
      \n\u2022 Excellent knowledge of Adobe CS3 Photoshop is a must. Proficiency in Adobe CS3
      \nIllustrator, Adobe Acrobat, After Effects, Premiere, and Adobe Flash is a plus.
      \nExperience:
      \n\u2022 Three to Five years\u2019 experience as a Designer
      \n\u2022 Experience with open-source and creativity software stacks such as Figma, Free
      \nHand, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Acrobat Flash among othersoftware.
      \n\u2022 Demonstrable UI\/UX design skills
      \n\u2022 Up to date with the latest UI\/UX trends, techniques, and technologies<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Knowledge of:
