Purpose: Experienced Business Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the medical
device industry. Having excellent relationships with Dermatologist, Cosmetologist, Plastic
Surgeons in the market with highly Skilled in\u00a0Sales, Medical Devices,\u00a0Sales\u00a0Operations,\u00a0Sales
Management, and Consultative Selling.
Position description and accountabilities:
\uf0b7 Capable to generate\u00a0sales\u00a0and identify the potential clients
\uf0b7 Should have ability to build and maintain strong & Splendid\u00a0Sales\u00a0Team.
\uf0b7 Must have a good communication skills with decent appearance
\uf0b7 Must have good knowledge in windows ms office etc,.
\uf0b7 Should be in travel 75% of a month
\uf0b7 Importantly \u2013 Should have good presentation and demonstration skills
\uf0b7 Graduation not mandatory
\uf0b7 Grow revenue from current and new customer base
\uf0b7 Should have knowledge in Govt Tenders participation
\uf0b7 Should have knowledge in corporate hospitals market about order & payment process
\uf0b7 Implement locally all national promotions and programs
\uf0b7 Maximize share in all corporate and retail accounts
\uf0b7 Maintain consistent customer contact and relationship
\uf0b7 Should have monitoring capability in Market feedback on competitor\u2019s activity and offerings,
\uf0b7 Must have relevant industry experience.
\uf0b7 Candidates from dermatology plastic surgery pharma segment.
Experience and qualification:
\uf0b7 EEE\/B.E(EC)\/Diploma in electronics(Graduation is not mandatory) \u2013 Preferably from Science
background.
\uf0b7 Minimum 4 to 8years of relevant experience in selling medical equipment \u2013 preferably from the
relevant industry
\uf0b7 Willingness to travel
\uf0b7 Experience in generating new\u00a0sales
\uf0b7 Strong positive can do attitude<\/p>\n\n\n\n
