Requirements:
\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s \/ Master\u2019s degree in marketing or business administration
\u2022 At least 2-3 years of experience as sales manager
\u2022 5-7 years of sales experience
\u2022 Strong communication skills
\u2022 Creating and implementing a sales plan
\u2022 Meeting sales goals by monitoring progress
\u2022 Analysing sales data
\u2022 Presentation skills
\u2022 Management and leadership skills
\u2022 Developing budgets
\u2022 Mentoring and coaching sales reps
\u2022 Proven track record of positive sales performance
\u2022 Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
\u2022 Experience in customer relationship management.
\u2022 Experience managing and directing a sales team.
\u2022 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities:
\u2022 Develop business plans and implement related activities in line with company goals like
customer events, sales and marketing campaigns, sales presentations necessary to achieve
agreed objectives.
\u2022 Have a deep understanding in the respective specialist area and priority products. Maintain and
enhance knowledge of products, product strategy, positioning, key messages, programs,
company developments, customers, and competitors.
\u2022 Achieve agreed contact, coverage and frequency targets through various communication
channels.
\u2022 Should be an expert\/proficient in marketing medical devices for at least 5 yrs.
\u2022 Ensure customer satisfaction and best in class customer relationship.
\u2022 Ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward and
individual recognition
\u2022 Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key
demographics in line with company goals.
\u2022 Have a good understanding about CSR funding by various entities.
\u2022 Good knowledge on govt. bidding and its process.
\u2022 Research and analyse data on market trends, new market opportunities \/ directions, and
competitive moves to inform business strategy
\u2022 Develop detailed competitive and market views through compilation of data from multiple
sources including primary and secondary market research, sales, marketing, and internal \/
external data sources
\u2022 Managing & catering to the requirements of Key Business Leaders (K.B.L).
\u2022 Explaining and demonstrating features of product to Doctors, hospitals etc….
