Master\u2019s in commerce is a plus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a7&nbsp;Must have Tally working knowledge<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a7&nbsp;Minimum 3 years\u2019 experience in admin and accounts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a7&nbsp;Must have good knowledge of invoicing with GST<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a7&nbsp;Good speaking \/ written communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi is a plus)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a7&nbsp;Must have good email communication, PC and system skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a7&nbsp;Must be Familiar in MS office packages like Excel, word etc\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a7&nbsp;Energetic and efficient<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Responsibilities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7&nbsp;Handle company\u2019s Admin and sales coordination functions<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7&nbsp;Handle customer enquiries, orders and follow up payments<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7&nbsp;Invoicing \/ billing with GST\u2013 Tally and Manual invoicing<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7&nbsp;Email communication with vendors and customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7&nbsp;Monitor and update company\u2019s own e-commerce website<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7&nbsp;Monitor and update third party e-commerce portals like Nykaa.com, Tatacliq.com &amp;
