We are looking for a good resource as HR Manager to be responsible for all the HR related tasks in our corporate office situated in Panchkula. Direct reporting to the Directors and coordinating with the HR managers at various plants.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  Recruitment <\/strong>ESI\/PF\/Bonus\/Gratuity\/Leave Encashment
\u2022 Drafting HR Policies \u2022 Drafting Employees\u2019 KRA
\u2022 Attendance & Leave Management
\u2022 General Administration \u2022 Leave Management
\u2022 Employees\u2019 Engagement\/ Welfare Activities
\u2022 Employee Registers and other HR documentation \u2022 Employees\u2019 Grievance Handling Required Skill Sets: \u2022 Good oral & written communication skills. \u2022 Working knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word is a must. \u2022 Good analytical skills and ability to work under pressure.  Strong decision making & problem-solving ability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
