Designation                : Customer Service & HR Executive<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Salary Range              : Up to 30K<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Experience                  : 3-5 years experience in customer support or HR<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gender                        : Female<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Qualification               : Graduate<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Working Location      : Gurugram<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Working Days             : Monday to Saturday [ (9:30 am to 6:00 pm ]<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Responsibilities         :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Customer Service Front        :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Managing the purchase orders, supply chain & payment for customers, co-ordination between sales team , HO & customer for new sales enquiry, build sustainable & trust worthy relationship with the customers, keep a track on the customer interactions. Monitor the company stock , sales targets Vs actual sales on weekly basis. Compile monthly purchase data, Keep a track on import & export documents, import & export shipments status & co-ordinating between the importer & the clearing agent for smooth customs clearance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Update each of the above activities to the CEO of the company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On HR Front               :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Work in coordination with Directors, Plan the timely training of new & old employees, Promote a positive and open work environment in the organisation,  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Skills                             :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative, Strong telephone handling skills and active listening, should have good communication skills in both English & Hindi Language<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Candidates should have working experience in MS Excel & MS Word.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Should have multi-tasking capability, manage time effectively
