Job Responsibilities<\/p>\n
To Lead a team of 12 Engineers\/Asst Managers\/Team Leads.<\/p>\n
Capable to demonstrate and convince customers for buying capital equipment. Experience of conceptual based sales not the catalogue sales. Responsible for achieving the sales\/billingtargets set by the organisation. Responsible for products\/spares sales of MTP (M\/c Tool Product) to OEM &<\/p>\n
End users.Responsible for recruitment & training of sub-ordinates.<\/p>\n
Establish & maintain sales process & ensure the achievement of desired output. Maintain Good and healthy relationship between customers\/stake holders & coleagues. Co-ordinate with Design, Production, QC, Customer support team to ensure the smooth flow of information & On Time Delivery.<\/p>\n
Responsible for End To End process of sales from generationof enquiry to collection of final payment.<\/p>\n
KRAs<\/p>\n
1.Plan V\/s Achieved — Sales\/Billing for the month\/year.<\/p>\n
2.No.of New customers aquisition — for every Quarter.<\/p>\n
3. To collect payments on time.<\/p>\n
4 Strike rate of enquiry v\/s quotation.& Quotation v\/s Orders.<\/p>\n
