JOB DESCRIPTION<\/strong>
Purpose of this position Engage with potential leads among chronic\u00a0care\u00a0patients through\u00a0home visits to meet the customers
Put forward proposition for Company program and convert leads to\u00a0program<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Accountabilities\/<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The most important end-results for which an the incumbent would be held responsible at the end of the year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enrollment and conversion of leads to company program
Executing medication reorder refills in the process of meeting leads
for sales call for main program
High conversion levels of leads
Generation of own leads and conversions through own initiatives
outside company generated leads
Coordinate with the Setup team to complete smooth induction of
newly registered customer
Participation in sales promotion activities<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Day to Day responsibilities To ensure that lead with prospective patients is met on the<\/p>\n\n\n\n

assigned Visit as per committed appointment
Ensure deliveries affected for reorders where sales appointment
for main program has been fixed
Prospecting lead sources through own initiatives, setting up
appointments through outbound calling, visiting the leads as per
appoint, and converting these additional leads<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Skills Required<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sound disease knowledge
Good experience and ability to engage and build positive
relationships with doctors
Ability to read, comprehend and explain medical reports
and prescriptions
Good verbal communication and presentation skills
Excellent customer orientation
Ability and willingness to travel locally
<\/strong>
<\/strong>Should possess:
Valid Driving Licence
Two wheeler with valid documents such as vehicle RC Book,
Insurance, Emission Test and vehicle Insurance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
