Designation – Technician \/ Rigger
Location – Delhi<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Salary Range: 10000-17000 + PF + ESI <\/p>\n\n\n\n


Technician \/ Rigger Job Responsibilities:
\uf0b7 Working within a two or four man team you will carry out Installation of Radios and Antenna
Systems for LTE\/Microwave as well as installation of Fiber optic and Coax Cable installation tasks
on steel lattice, guyed, masts, towers, rooftop and building antenna \/ aerial systems.
\uf0b7 Carry out suitable and sufficient risk assessments in line with company procedures prior to work
being undertaken.
\uf0b7 Assist in the testing of antenna systems for the purposes of fault finding and subsequent
rectification.
\uf0b7 Conduct visual inspections of antenna Mounts, aerials, co-axial cables, fixings, feeder cables and
anchor points.
\uf0b7 Carry out cable repairs including splicing and termination.
\uf0b7 Assist the team leader in the preparation and input of site reports and photographs onto the
company database.
\uf0b7 Comply with health, safety and environmental procedures at all times.
\uf0b7 1+ years\u2019 experience
\uf0b7 Must have held a previous background within communication \/ telecommunications as an aerial
rigger and be familiar with climbing.
\uf0b7 Hold relevant climbing certificates including – Advanced Climbing, Rooftop Access & Rescue,
Tower Rescue, RF Hazard Safety Awareness etc.
\uf0b7 Ability to climb and work safely at heights.
\uf0b7 Previous background of using specific harnesses and fall-arrest systems.
\uf0b7 The ability to meet basic medical and fitness requirements (medical required).
\uf0b7 It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have a technical engineering background
preferably within a similar role.
\uf0b7 Good communication skills.
\uf0b7 The ability to work in small teams.
\uf0b7 Flexibility towards working hours as you may be required to occasionally work away from home.
\uf0b7 Full clean driving license (Preferred).
\uf0b7 Excellent verbal and written communication
\uf0b7 Ability to work in team
\uf0b7 Innovative, proactive and flexible
\uf0b7 Attention to detail
\uf0b7 Must be mechanically inclined, construction, climbing, and rigging experience is necessary.
\uf0b7 Ability and desire to climb heights up to 500 feet daily – Good physical condition and stamina
\uf0b7 Must be proficient at knot tying and have knowledge of their application (i.e. – Clove hitch,
Bowline, Rolling Pipe Hitch etc.)
\uf0b7 General tower safety knowledge and ability to utilize 100% tie off techniques at all times.
\uf0b7 Willing to work outdoors and be exposed to all types of weather (extreme hot and cold)
\uf0b7 Ability to read, comprehend As-built – Site Plans
\uf0b7 Ability to work independently under limited supervision<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uf0b7 Organized with a strong attention to detail
\uf0b7 Able to communicate effectively with co-workers and customers
\uf0b7 Background in tower assembly, including antenna assembly, waveguide, and coax connector
assembly.
\uf0b7 Perform installation of antennas, mounts, cable ladders, cable, etc.
\uf0b7 Work closely with Project Managers to ensure project profitability
\uf0b7 Maintain a professional working attitude with co-workers and customers
\uf0b7 Tool Familiarity, Weather-proofing, Earthing Skills, Crimping of RJ45 Connector,

Necessary Requirement:
\uf0b7 Engineer \/Smart Technician must have own Bike with DL
\uf0b7 Ready to work on Tower\/Mast\/Pole.
