Designation:- Industrial Sales\/Marketing Manager<\/p>\n
Experience:- 10+ years of experience in industrial sales and marketing.<\/p>\n
Salary:- \u20b940,000.00 to \u20b970,000.00 CTC per month<\/p>\n
Location:- Hyderabad <\/p>\n
Qualification:- Required associate\/ bachelor\u2019s\/ Master\u2019s degree or any combination of education and experience, which should provide an equivalent background.<\/p>\n
Experience in dealing with products related to Automotive, Electronics, Telecome, Aerospace and Defense sector is required such as HAL, RCI, ISRO and DRDO Labs .<\/p>\n
Job Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Primary duties may include but not restricted to the following:<\/p>\n
\u00b7 To receive and co-ordinate all sales enquiries in line with the company\u2019s sales process<\/p>\n
\u00b7 To monitor the status of all live enquiries and to ensure they are completed in a timely professional manner and escalated when required.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 To follow up sales activities with clients & potential clients<\/p>\n
\u00b7 To monitor company sales KPIs and sales performance<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Identify potential areas for marketing opportunities locally, nationally<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Researches client base to find new types of customers and generate enquiries and orders accordingly<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Analyses and creates a plan for engaging the target market<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Analyses the competition to create a plan for engagement<\/p>\n
\u00b7 develop and implement strategies effective for achieving sales and marketing objectives.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Delegate marketing, sales and PR activities to subordinates where appropriate. Actively encourage the development of the subordinates.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Produce and organise the company\u2019s marketing collateral eg leaflets, banners, flyers, brochures, etc<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor’s share, and competitor’s strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Interface between customer and company\u2019s internal departments such as design and customer support, to process customer requirements.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Ensures consistent compliance with associated ISO procedure.<\/p>\n
Skills<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Good Communication skills. Fluent in English.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Must possess an advanced skill set of Microsoft Excel<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Demonstrated ability to present technical content to general audience.<\/p>\n
