Experience:5-6 Years

Qualification: CA  1st Attempt <\/p>\n\n\n\n

What are we looking for? <\/strong>

We are looking for a dynamic Manager \u2013 Finance & Accounts to drive end to end requirements for our business needs. 

What you\u2019ll be doing: <\/strong>\uf0b7 Accounting: Own the process of preparation of Balance sheet, Profit and Loss, Cash Flow Statement, Cash Budget. 
\uf0b7 Financial: Spearhead Capital Budgeting, Cost Control, Working Capital Management, Monitoring of Key Financial Ratio etc. Ensure availability of liquidity requirements. Yearly budget along with variance analysis
\uf0b7 Liaison with Banks: Maintain a healthy relationship with existing banks on board and develop arrangements with new banks to increase credit limits\/ renewal of bank limits, ensure sufficiency of Credit limits. 
\uf0b7 Risk Management: Ensure compliance of the company and its facilities to all legal requirements and initiate renewal and new registrations as may become applicable Effectively liaise with auditors Arrange to mitigate significant constituents of the Company’s risk profile Monitor and escalate important issues to Directors  
\uf0b7 Taxation: Has a sound knowledge and is able to guide Finance and Accounts team in all direct and indirect taxation matters such as for Customs, Excise, GST, Sales Tax etc.  
\uf0b7 Logistics, Raw Materials, Inventories and Collection: Manage Account Receivables and Accounts Payable
Track invoicing and ensure timely collection through regular follow up  
\uf0b7 Strategy: Strategize to achieve financial objectives for the company. Provide big picture of macro
environment and companies financial status during Board Meetings and otherwise on request  
\uf0b7 Effective coordination with Head departments (Sales, Procurement, Projects etc.) and periodically submit review and MIS to Directors.  
\uf0b7 To monitor all day-to-day transactions of all divisions  
\uf0b7 Funds Management  
\uf0b7 Verification of all Balance Sheet and Profit &amp; Loss Account  
\uf0b7 Maintaining Books of Accounts as per Statutory Norms  
\uf0b7 Control on Masters of Ledger Accounts &amp; Groups  
\uf0b7 Verifying Purchase Payments &amp; Expenses Payments  
\uf0b7 Asset Register Maintenance  
\uf0b7 Maintaining details of Company Law  
\uf0b7 To reduce the queries of Auditors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
