What we are looking for?<\/strong>We are looking for a dynamic Sr. Sales Manager-Emeritus to drive end to end requirements for our business needs.
What you\u2019ll be doing:<\/strong>\uf0b7 Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
\uf0b7 Build strategies for maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
\uf0b7 Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
\uf0b7 Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
\uf0b7 Driving the sales team of CSM &amp; ASMs.
\uf0b7 Monitor the costs, budgets &amp; resource.
\uf0b7 Responsible for technology implementation and creating seamless information flow across the organization the responsibility of reporting across all metrics to the board of the company.
\uf0b7 To lead and engage with the human resources with responsibility of their recruitment, training and retention.
\uf0b7 Drive and develop weekly\/monthly\/annual and seasonal sales targets for the department, examining growth opportunities, enabling sales improvements, product mix development, and taking responsibility for the department’s performance against targets.
\uf0b7 Create a go-to-market strategy for all new city launches and drive campaigns to kick off sales.
\uf0b7 Create strong relationships with key client stakeholders at both senior and mid-management levels
\uf0b7 Ability to identify and solve client issues strategically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
