You will understand the Business requirement and design, develop and deploy ERP Web Application
using ADO.Net, HTML, CSS, JavaScript\/JQuery. Lead a team of engineers. Motivates team
members and assesses performance. Provides help to team and management, including hiring and
training, and keeps management updated on team performance. Communicates concerns and
policies among management and team members
\uf0b7 Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0
\uf0b7 Analyzing and resolving technical and application problems\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0
\uf0b7 Adhering to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-
budget\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0
\uf0b7 Compliance of process and quality management standards\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0
\uf0b7 Should have a solid understanding of the SDLC processes (Design, Construction,
Testing, Deployment)
\uf0b7 Preparing reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and
maintenance of software.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0
\uf0b7 Providing third-level support to business users.
\uf0b7 Lead and build the team.
\uf0b7 Should be the interface between the team and management.
\uf0b7 Supports the team manager and performs management duties when manager is absent
or out of office
\uf0b7 Have experience in handling risks and providing mitigation strategies\u00a0to the Product
Manager.\u00a0
What experience, skills & qualification you\u2019ll bring to us:
Primary Skills
\uf0b7 6+ years of experience in .NET Framework like C#.Net\/ ASP.Net
\uf0b7 Minimum 4 years of experience on Web Application development ADO.Net, HTML, CSS,
JavaScript\/JQuery
\uf0b7 Been on a Lead role and led a team of 3-5 people for a period of 2 years
\uf0b7 Must have a good exposure on query writing and DB management for writing stored procedures\/
user-defined functions
\uf0b7 Should have a very good understanding of the project architecture
Secondary Skills
\uf0b7 Experience in analyzing existing code and debugging.
\uf0b7 Experience in developing the product
\uf0b7 Should have a solid understanding of the SDLC processes (Design, Construction, Testing,
Deployment)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
