Job Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Shall be overall I\/C for Strobel & Lasting Department
\nKnowledge in Strobel, Toe, Counter Moulding and Upper lasting .
\nAble to educate worker & train them on job.
\nAble to control rejection at every stage.
\nAble to study Technical Sheet, BOM & to execute the plan
\nMotivate the worker for team building.
\nMeasure productivity & ensure achievement of Targets.
\nReview the Production norms.
\nTime & Motion analysis to access best method & optimum target.
\nCoordination of Upper & Injection department.
\nHas to work on Shifts.
\nCoordination between Junior & senior staff.\t\t\t<\/p>\n
