Key responsibilities: Provide L2 and L3 support to customers\u00a0Key experience:\u00a0Knowledge of ERP software, Payroll and Accounting softwareBudget – 6- 10 LPA<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Efficiently understand and be able to escalate complex technical issues to engineering staff
\u2022 Advanced technical knowledge of mobile and web applications
\u2022 Ability to update technical documents
\u2022 Train customers on how to install and use the company\u2019s products via web conferencing
\u2022 Support sales with after-sale customer support, including sending relevant documentation and information
to customers, ensuring that the product implementation is progressing according to the schedule, etc.
\u2022 Knowledge of support ticketing tools such as Jira and Confluence for documenting.
\u2022 Provide technical support to customers via phone and email
\u2022 Solve technical issues with company\u2019s products by using available resources
\u2022 Accurately process and record support and training interactions
\u2022 Enjoys working in a technically challenging environment that allows you to show your creativity and
problem-solving abilities
\u2022 Has an inquisitive and open mind, enjoys learning about new technologies and has demonstrated the ability
to provide rapid solutions to complex problems
\u2022 Experience working directly with user\/customer base, with an ability to have a positive impact on activities
from a distance.
\u2022 Rapidly learn Field service management and ERP system space
\u2022 Understand product integrations
\u2022 Maintain strong customer relationship
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
\u2022 Experience working in a start-up environment
\u2022 Experience in technical support, software industry A MUST and experience doing remote support
\u2022 Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities and adaptability, attention to details and organizational
skills
\u2022 Knowledge of ERP system
\u2022 Knowledge of MS SQL
\u2022 Knowledge of database structure
\u2022 Knowledge of JIRA service desk or similar software
\u2022 Good knowledge of creating a knowledge base using various visual tool
\u2022 At a minimum holds a bachelor\u2019s degree in MIS with accounting, or a related field of study, with at least 2-\u00a03 years of application support experience
\u2022 Must have advanced knowledge of accounting and or accounting software and Payroll software
\u2022 Must have strong verbal and written English skills (Customers mostly located in the US and Canada)
PREFERRED SKILLS
Knowledge of ERP software, Payroll and Accounting software<\/p>\n\n\n\n
