Designation – Sales Manager End User-MTP<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Job Location Hubli Location
Work Days \/ – 6 Days
Work Hours – 8.30am to 5.30pm
CTC \/ Budget \/ (fixed+variable) – 7 – 9 lakhs CTC per annum<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Qualifications B.E.Mechanical or Equivalent<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Experience 8 – 10 years in Machine Tool products<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Skills required \uf0fc Good communication,
\uf0fc Negotiation skills,
\uf0fc Team managing skills (At least a size of 4 people),
\uf0fc Good presentation skills.
\uf0fc Technical sales skills, capital equipment closure skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Job Responsibilities
\/ KRAs<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uf0fc To Lead a team of 12 Engineers\/Asst Managers\/Team Leads.
\uf0fc Coordinate with business development and marketing managers to
drive growth and achieve all targets for end users.
\uf0fc To identify potential customers, create a marketing strategy to
reach customers, assure them of your products, negotiate with
customers, and close orders.
\uf0fc Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands
company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence. Managing
recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of
sales representatives.
\uf0fc Capable to demonstrate and convince customers for buying 
capital  equipment.
\uf0fc Experience of conceptual based sales not the catalogue sales.
\uf0fc Responsible for achieving the sales\/billing targets set by the
organization.
\uf0fc Responsible for products\/spares sales of MTP (M\/c Tool Products)
to OEM &amp; End users.
\uf0fc Responsible for recruitment &amp; training of his sub-ordinates.
\uf0fc Establish &amp; maintain sales process &amp; ensure the achievement of
desired output.
\uf0fc Maintain Good and healthy relationship between customers\/stake
holders &amp; colleagues.
\uf0fc Co-ordinate with Design, Production, QC\/QA, Customer support
team to ensure the smooth flow of information &amp; On Time Delivery.
\uf0fc Responsible for End To End process of sales from generation of
enquiry to collection of final payment.

KRAs
1.Plan V\/s Achieved — Sales\/Billing for the month\/year.
2.No.of New customers acquisition — for every Quarter.
3. To collect payments on time.
4 Strike rate of enquiry v\/s quotation.&amp; Quotation v\/s Orders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Travel required – Yes — Min.15 to 20 days in a month all over India
Gender  – Male<\/p>\n\n\n\n
