\u2022 Manage Inventory Requisition, Purchase Orders Receipts, Materials Received Register (MRR), Storage, Dispatch, and Inventory Control.\u00a0\u2022 Preparation Material Receipt Note & Material Issue Note through ERP Software.\u00a0\u2022 Executing all Day-to-Day Stores Function as per the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).\u00a0\u2022 Maintain all store reports in Manual\/ ERP Software.\u00a0\u2022 Maintain store stock register and Assets stock register.\u00a0\u2022 Prepare monthly store reconciliation statement.\u00a0\u2022 Maintaining Minimum Stock level of all consumables.\u00a0\u2022 Maintaining the proper Method of stock issue maintaining the various levels of stock.\u00a0\u2022 Overall responsibility for all Stores, Dispatch Purchase functions.\u2022 Ensure completion of store operational requirements.\u00a0\u2022 Look after Inventory management and control.\u00a0\u2022 Ensure availability of optimum stock and carry out monthly stock reconciliation. \u2022 Monitoring slow and non-moving stock and taking proper action.\u2022 Responsible for accurate and timely management of store operations.\u00a0\u2022 Liaising with Statutory & Internal Auditors\u00a0\u2022 Timely submission of Reports.\u2022 Maintaining 5S and FIFO in all the areas.\u00a0\u2022 Must have 4 -5 years of relevant experience of Store Incharge in any manufacturing industry.\u00a0\u2022 Graduation in any stream, Diploma in Materials Management will be an added advantage\u2022 Knowledge in Tally ERP 9.0 is an added advantage\u2022 Raw material planning and subcontracting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
