Qualification –\u00a0Diploma or B.E in Mechanical or related streams<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Location –\u00a0 Bengaluru<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Age Group: below 35 years

<\/strong>Skill Sets requirements:
\u2022 Male Candidate with 5-10 years of Proven experience in planning and execution of production
activities in the field Machining, Fabrication, assembly.
\u2022 Able to communicate in multiple languages
\u2022 Planning and Monitoring of Daily, Weekly, Monthly production Schedules and execution of the
same. And reporting as MIS.
\u2022 Distribution of workload to operators to achieve daily production targets
\u2022 Develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize
production, develop operational and planning strategies to achieve production and financial
objectives.
\u2022 Planning of Raw Material, consumable, indirect material, tools required for production
\u2022 Capacity planning with respect to customer schedules, planning the resources as per requirement.
Experience in working with Japanese or German MNC or its Tier 1 Supplier
\u2022 Strong knowledge in calculating Cycle time, takt time, OEE. etc.
\u2022 Good Knowledge in Lean Management Systems or TPS
\u2022 Able to lead a team of 75 persons and more.
\u2022 To maintain Targeted Inventory levels in all stage of production
\u2022 Lead the Production planning and achievement on day-to-day basis on the shop floor
\u2022 To ensure Ontime delivery of the goods to all customer
\u2022 Act as a window person between all customers and company for production and delivery related
queries
\u2022 Monitor and control costing as per BOM and ensure that the same does not exceed the given
parameters
\u2022 Follow up with purchase team for raw material and Subcontract activities
\u2022 Should be a good team player with excellent communication skills
\u2022 Good in problem Solving Skills, presentation and execution of New product planning.
\u2022 Basic Knowledge of Product costing.
\u2022 To be an independent decision maker, self-motivated good leadership person.
\u2022 Ensure the delivery of the material as per customer specific requirements
\u2022 Supply chain planning, ordering and scheduling as per minimum inventory level
\u2022 Maintain cordial relations with workmen and team
\u2022 Plan and allocate resources including raw material and manpower via shift schedule<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Identify delays and accordingly adjust schedules to meet deadlines.
\u2022 Assist in production risk assessment, identify bottlenecks, provide corrective actions and assist in
mitigation activities.
\u2022 Resolve production related issues and escalate unresolved issues \/ deviations to the management
promptly.
\u2022 Knowledge on logistics planning and execution for dispatches.
\u2022 Basic knowledge on labor laws and factory rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
