Experience          : <\/strong>2-5 Years of relevant\/equivalent experience<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

MUST HAVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

–        Bookkeeping – Tally<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–        Balance sheet Finalization<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–        Bank Liasoning, Inward Outward Documentation<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–        TDS GST return Filing<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–        Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–        Organize, secure, and maintain all files, records, cash and cash equivalents in accordance with policies and procedures<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–        Record, store, access, and\/or analyze computerized financial information<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–        Classify, code, and summarize numerical and financial data to compile and keep financial records, using journals, ledgers, and\/or computers<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–        Prepare, maintain, audit, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–        Complete period-end closing procedures and reports as specified<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–        Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements according to company procedures<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–        Manage Accounts Receivable\/Payable activities from Invoicing to Collections to dispute management, including reporting<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–        Work closely with sales team and all the internal support team to deliver the accurate Invoices to customers and collect on them<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–        Working on open disputes and resolving them timely<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–        Prepare outstanding Invoice reports, hold reports\/ cancellation reports, process level reports for Revenue Services and gather credit and\/or reference information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–        Maintains database by entering, updating and retrieving data, as well as formatting and generating reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–        Assists in resolution of outstanding invoice queries\/disputes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–        Responds to inquiries from internal and external customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–        Adheres to credit & collections policies while issuing credit notes, compliance to Customer Privacy Policy, GAAP and internal controls.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–        Checks and verifies account receivable records, prepares invoices, credit notes, files<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–        Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–        Responds to internal and external customer Invoicing inquiries<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–        Supports internal metrics and goals through invoicing activities<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–        Maintain cross functional alignment in the best interest of organization<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–        Maintain MIS and other required reports<\/p>\n\n\n\n
