5) Computer Operating Skill, Experience of ERP\/SAP operating system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Job Profile:
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Establish Production (According to Quality Parameters) & Achieve Daily Targets.<\/li>
  2. Troubleshoot Line\/Process\/Man\/Material & Tooling\/Jig\/Fixture Issues; Why Why Analysis & Prepare Action Plan (Corrective & Preventive Actions); Implement Action<\/li>
  3. Plan & Review Results & Maintain Records of for future references.<\/li>
  4. Take proactive steps and coordinate with PPC, Quality, Material & HR and troubleshoot the hurdles in order to ensure smooth production.<\/li>
  5. Identify process or operation wise skill level requirements and provide on job and off job training to the workers\/operators with the help of HR Dept in order to fulfil skill gaps.<\/li>
  6. Operate\/execute trial production under the directions of design & quality department.<\/li>
  7. Increase productivity by Assembly line balancing and Cycle time reduction.<\/li>
  8. Capacity calculation and troubleshooting on bottleneck process.<\/li>
  9. Ensure optimum utilisation of resources and reduce wastages (Cost of Quality).<\/li>
  10. Provide Safety Training to the Workers\/Operators and ensure working of Safety<\/li>
  11. Measures. Provide appropriate PPEs to the Worker\/Operators and ensure its 100% uses regulations\/ discipline.<\/li>
  12. Assist in line\/machine installations, trials & calibration activities.<\/li>
  13. Adhere Safety & Administrative Policies on the Shop Floor.<\/li>
  14. Comply Statutory requirements under the Industrial, Labour & Environmental Laws.<\/li>
  15. Ensure smooth healthy relations & team work among the Employees. Achieve optimum level of motivation by impartial behaviour and recognition.<\/li>
  16. Maintain quality of Housekeeping & 1S 2S implementation on the Shop Floor.<\/li>
  17. Ensure timely data entries & WIP records in the System in order to avail real time database.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
