\n\uf0b7 Formulation, implementation and improvements of the Quality Assurance procedures and
\nprocesses.
\n\uf0b7 Implement and support a Test management platform.
\n\uf0b7 Mentor and lead team to be effective in quality assurance.
\n\uf0b7 Create\/maintain regression and system test cases for our product.
\n\uf0b7 Report Quality metrics and Test results to Management.
\n\uf0b7 Develop quality strategies to help the organization achieve strategic goals.
\n\uf0b7 Develop and implement short and long-term tactical quality plans.
\n\uf0b7 Plan, coordinate, and direct quality programs, initiatives and activities to ensure the quality and
\nreliability of Company software products.
\n\uf0b7 Evaluate product performance, reliability, and recommend corrective and preventative actions.
\n\uf0b7 Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data
\n\uf0b7 Create or Update SOP\u2019s.
\n\uf0b7 Preparing test environments for quality assurance team.
\n\uf0b7 Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation\uf0b7 Bachelors in Computer science or equivalent.
\n\uf0b7 Minimum of 3 years\u2019 Experience as a Quality Assurance Manager in a software development
\nCompany with a overall experience of 6 years of software product testing.
\n\uf0b7 Experience with testing in agile environment.
\n\uf0b7 Experience implementing Test management platforms.
\n\uf0b7 Experience with the tools i.e Selenium, jUnit and jMeter.
\n\uf0b7 A working knowledge of quality improvement tools and techniques.
\n\uf0b7 Proficiency with MS operating systems and software.
\n\uf0b7 Demonstrated ability to write technical documents.
\n\uf0b7 Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical and complex problem solving skills.
\n\uf0b7 The ability to develop partnerships and influence.
\n\uf0b7 Ability to work independently and has strong team building skills.
\n\uf0b7 Great attention to detail and a results driven approach\uf0b7 Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
