Job Description<\/p>\n
Generating revenue for the team through educational consulting and by closing sales
\ndeals face to face. The candidates will get a chance to rub shoulders with alumni of IIT\u2019s,
\nIIMs, NITs and various other prestigious institutions of India.
\nPerforming candidates may be given opportunities to train and\/or lead a team and\/or
\nmanage important business accounts.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\u2022 Advise student\/ parents for their learning needs through structured Counselling
\nSessions
\n\u2022 Fix appointments and conduct home demo sessions on daily basis including follow
\nup sessions
\n\u2022 Generate revenue by counselling prospects and converting them to sales through
\nface to face home demos
\n\u2022 Understand Customer profile & problems to explain implication of ineffective
\nlearning methods
\n\u2022 Create the need for Smart Learning and advise student-parent to buy Subscription as solution
\n\u2022 Handle Objections and Price Negotiation to generate Sales Revenue
\n\u2022 Learn\/ Upgrade one\u2019s own Product Knowledge and Sales Skills to achieve and
\nexceed growing Sales target(s)<\/p>\n

\u2022 Excellent spoken and verbal skills
\n\u2022 Ability to plan and execute
\n\u2022 Ability to persuade and negotiate
\n\u2022 Ability to work under stress
\n\u2022 Ability to work in a team
\n\u2022 Fast-learner, keen on details, and self-motivated<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
\u2022 MBA or Graduate Freshers
\n\u2022 Good to have 1 to 4 years B2C sales experience
\n\u2022 Excellent Selling\/Negotiation Skills
\n\u2022 Willing to travel within the city limits for home demos
\n\u2022 Previous educational industry experience is an added advantage<\/p>\n
