\nThe Desired candidate should have Awareness on recent market technology hiring trends and various
\ncombinations.
\nResources must have experience in UK staffing (any model) – Direct Client, Preferred Vendor etc: domain
\n(IT\/Engineering etc.)
\nMust have excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills, logical and analytical thinking
\nAbility to understand technology and interact with technical team
\nBachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science or comparable work experience in related field.<\/p>\n
Position Duties
\nA Versatile Recruiter and Technical oriented mind with good experience on UK Recruitment giving the best
\nsolution to the client as well as to the consultant.
\n\u2022 Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency based, stress etc).
\n\u2022 Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc).
\n\u2022 Ability to organize assessment centers (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ\/EQ
\ntests etc).
\n\u2022 Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and CMS.
\n\u2022 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

\n\u2022 Extensive experience in Full Life Cycle recruiting in UK – IT Recruitment
\n\u2022 Strong Experience in Boolean Search; LinkedIn Search and Social Recruiting.
\n\u2022 Extensive knowledge of working on job portals like Monster, Career Builder, Dice, Indeed and
\nLinkedIn.
\n\u2022 Sourcing qualified candidates, interviewing, and cold calling.
\n\u2022 Hands on experience with all United States Tax-terms
\n\u2022 Extensive experience in full process of UK Staffing \/Recruitment.
\n\u2022 Excellent work knowledge of UK Visa types (Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 5, Dependent, EU Residents and
\nCitizens).
\n\u2022 Full life cycle sourcing and recruiting for technical positions for various clients in the UK.
\n\u2022 Responsible for sourcing, identifying and closing hard to find professionals through interviewing
\nprocess,
\n\u2022 Effective rate negotiation and detailed reference checks.
\n\u2022 Analyze the job requirement and participated in the full life cycle process of recruitment.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Sourced the best fit candidates through various Job Boards, Databases, Networks and Referrals.
\n\u2022 Short listed candidates based on the client needs and presented to the clients.
\n\u2022 Involved in the recruiting for Permanent, Contract to Hire and Contract Positions.
\n\u2022 Recruitment of UK Citizens Transfer as per client & job requirements.
