Job Description
\nJ2EE developers are responsible for the development of web and software applications that are
\nspecific to JavaScript and the Java 2 Platform Enterprise Edition (J2EE or JavaEE). J2EE developers are
\nIT professionals who work full time in an office environment. Self-motivated people who are
\nenthusiastic about technology, love to learn, and desire to constantly improve their skill set will
\nsucceed in this field.
\nTechnical Skills Required:
\nResponsible to design and develop complex Java and J2EE applications
\n\uf0a7 Hands on experience for the following languages: Core Java, J2EE, JavaScript, Angular JS.
\n\uf0a7 Should have extensive development experience on Web and application development
\ntechnologies.
\n\uf0a7 Knowledge of client side presentation layer technologies like html, css, JavaScript, JQuery
\nand DHTML.
\n\uf0a7 Should have good development experience on JSON and should have good understanding of
\nXML & XSLT.
\n\uf0a7 Defining, documenting, and communicating software design with the team.
\n\uf0a7 Working knowledge in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS development is a must.
\nPosition Duties
\n\uf0a7 Take complete responsibility and ownership of the projects from start to end
\n\uf0a7 Assist in building core development teams, motivating and mentoring them
\n\uf0a7 Develop internal (Wenso company products) and external projects (client projects) web
\napplications in line with Project specifications and project plans.
\n\uf0a7 Report to Senior Developer\/ Project Manager on Timelines and SLA- s
\n\uf0a7 Key KRA is to design and develop best coding practices with necessary controls and visibility
\n\uf0a7 Lead and partner with developers Team to achieve desired results in timely manner<\/p>\n
\uf0a7 Project manage projects \/Modules under the guidance and direction of Project Managers in
\nUK
