A Reputed UK based Software Company is looking for a Senior US IT staffing Role their Hyderabad Office.<\/p>\n
Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad, Telangana<\/p>\n
Office Timings: US Shift (Ten. 9 pm to 6 am) \u2013 Monday through Friday.<\/p>\n
Qualification: Any IT Graduate.
\nJob Description
\nThe Desired candidate should have Awareness on recent market technology hiring trends and various
\ncombinations.
\nResources must have experience in US staffing (any model) – W2, Corp to Corp, 1099, Direct Client, Preferred
\nVendor: domain (IT\/Engineering etc.)
\nMust have excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills, logical and analytical thinking
\nAbility to understand technology and interact with technical team
\nBachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science or comparable work experience in related field.
\nPosition Duties
\nA Versatile Recruiter and Technical oriented mind with good experience on US Recruitment giving the best
\nsolution to the client as well as to the consultant.
\n\uf0b7 Has to work on W2, C2C and 1099.
\n\uf0b7 Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency based, stress etc).
\n\uf0b7 Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc).
\n\uf0b7 Ability to organize assessment centers (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ\/EQ
\ntests etc).
\n\uf0b7 Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and CMS.
\n\uf0b7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\nRoles & Responsibility
\n\uf0b7 Extensive experience in Full Life Cycle recruiting in US – IT Recruitment
\n\uf0b7 Strong Experience in Boolean Search; LinkedIn Search and Social Recruiting.
\n\uf0b7 Extensive knowledge of working on job portals like Monster, Career Builder, Dice, Indeed and
\nLinkedIn.
\n\uf0b7 Sourcing qualified candidates, interviewing, and cold calling.
\n\uf0b7 Hands on experience with all United States Tax-terms
\n\uf0b7 Extensive experience in full process of US Staffing \/Recruitment.
\n\uf0b7 Excellent work knowledge of USA Visa types (H1B, EAD\u2019s, GC, Citizen and TN).
\n\uf0b7 Full life cycle sourcing and recruiting for technical positions for various clients in the US.
\n\uf0b7 Responsible for sourcing, identifying and closing hard to find professionals through interviewing
\nprocess,
\n\uf0b7 Effective rate negotiation and detailed reference checks.
\n\uf0b7 Analyze the job requirement and participated in the full life cycle process of recruitment.
\n\uf0b7 Sourced the best fit candidates through various Job Boards, Databases, Networks and Referrals.<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Short listed candidates based on the client needs and presented to the clients.
\n\uf0b7 Involved in the recruiting for Permanent, Contract to Hire and Contract Positions.
\n\uf0b7 Recruitment of US Citizens, GC & 39, EAD & 39s H1 Transfer as per client & job requirements.
\n\uf0b7 Act as a bridge between the candidates and the clients, in all process of the interview.<\/p>\n
