\n Experience \u2013 3 to 5 years Compensation \u2013 30k PMQualification \u2013 Diploma in Mechanical with good academic record and leadership qualities.Location \u2013 Gurgaon
\nJob Responsibilities \u2013 Handling the team of approx. 15 manufacturing technicians and take responsibility of all manufacturing related activities. Should be technical and good knowledge of manufacturing processes along with production management.
\n.Responsibilities:
\nAccomplishes manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results;
\nCompletes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel.
\nInspect products prior to shipment to ensure accurate labelling and record keeping.
\nReport planned work status before end of shift.
\nMaintain work order flow by monitoring steps of the process and Minimize downtime
\nCheck production output according to specifications.
\nMaintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources
\nEnsure all resources and assets are used efficiently and correctly
\nEvaluate each station of the manufacturing process to ensure maximum efficiency.
\nObserving control points and equipment; monitoring personnel and resources; studying methods; implementing cost reductions; and systems;
\nFacilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points
\nInitiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments.
\nMaintain open lines of communication between employees, management and executives
\nAccomplishing work results; respect priorities; monitoring progress; resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
\nMaintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
\nEnsures operation of equipment by calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
\nSubmit reports on performance and progress.
\nProvides manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data; answering questions and responding to requests.
\nMaintaining discipline on shop floor.
\nOrienting and oversee an employee training schedule that emphasizes productivity and resource conservation.
\nTrain new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
\nEnforce safety policies and procedures (both in-house and regulatory) to decrease the potential for employee injuries on the job
\nCreates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record-keeping systems, forms of control, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing change.
\nMaintains working relationship with all technicians by following the terms of the collective bargaining agreement.
\nResolves personnel problems by analyzing data; investigating issues; identifying solutions; recommending action.
\nContributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
\nOrganize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
\nEnsure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
\nIdentify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements<\/p>\n
