\nRoles and Responsibilities:-
\nWarm welcome and approach to each customer customers inclination to shop starts right
\nfrom the first step & eye contact.
\nUtilize the knowledge of trends and guide each customer on what suits better in line with
\nthe customer needs, individuality and product range.
\nBelieves and lives the attitude of Sheer customer delight go beyond
\nContribute towards merchandising and keeping the ambience is in accordance with the
\nBrand standards and guidelines.
\nLive the ownership mentality looks for areas to contribute on factors impacting overall store
\nperformance create niche for the store in the vicinity\\mall.
\nAbility to deliver on all aspects.
\nUpdating on daily sales report, product feedbacks.
\nKeeping the track of Inventory at store and sending it back to brand as and when season
\nends.
\nCapabilities:-
\n2-3 years of relevant experience in Retail in a similar role.
\nExcellent communication skills and polished personality required
\nAbility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
\nExcellent understanding and ability to understand and handle aspects of retail operational
\nand merchandising – from the delivery of stock to the final sale of the product
\nAccuracy and attention to detail needed
\nEducation \u2013 Graduation and above.<\/p>\n
Salary \u2013 11000-12000 per month CTC<\/p>\n
