Advise student\/ parents for their learning needs through structured Counseling Sessions
\n\uf0b7 Fix appointments and conduct home demo sessions on daily basis including follow up sessions
\n\uf0b7 Understand Customer profile & problems to explain implication of ineffective learning methods
\n\uf0b7 Create the need for Smart Learning and advise student-parent to buy Subscription as
\nsolution
\n\uf0b7 Handle Objections and Price Negotiation to generate Sales Revenue
\n\uf0b7 Learn\/ Upgrade one\u2019s own Product Knowledge and Sales Skills to achieve and exceed growing
\nSales target(s)<\/p>\n
Possess sound knowledge and understanding of consumer (students and parents) behavior
\n\uf0b7 Possess Basic \/ Good knowledge of Class 5 to 12 Subjects as per existing Curriculum
\n\uf0b7 Are keen to learn and upgrade Product knowledge from time to time for better Sales
\n\uf0b7 Enthusiastic and willing to work relentlessly for achieving and exceeding business targets
\n\uf0b7 Thrive in a fast paced ambiguous work environment
\n\uf0b7 Have good communication skills in English and the regional language with professional

\n\uf0b7 Open to Intra-City travel to Customer Locations
