Job Description:
\n\uf0fc Responsible for managing both accounts and administration work at centre level.
\n\uf0fc Responsible for recording day to day entries in our in-house developed software & Tally ERP 9.<\/p>\n
\uf0fc Responsible for handling cash & cheques and depositing the same into bank on daily basis.
\n\uf0fc Responsible for preparing various MIS reports like Collection Report, collection reconciliation,
\nBank Reconciliation etc.
\n\uf0fc Responsible for coordinating with collection team at HO regarding collection follow up with
\nstudents.
\n\uf0fc Responsible for closely monitoring outstanding fee details on daily basis.
\n\uf0fc Responsible for vendor bill processing and payment at Centre level.
\n\uf0fc Responsible for dealing with local vendors for Procurement\/Repair\/Maintenance of assets at
\nCentre.
\n\uf0fc Responsible for adopting cost control measures and assuring that they are adhered.
\n\uf0fc Responsible for other related work as and when asked from HO.
\nCandidate should have good communication and presentable to manage these locations singlehandedly.
\nBudget- 20-22K in hand for Junior and 30K in hand \u2013 Senior
\nExperience- 4+ Years (Junior) and 6- 8 Years \u2013 Senior
\nIndustry- School, Institute , Colleges ( first preference).<\/p>\n
