Basics of French Language and terms used<\/p>\n
Different types of Menu<\/p>\n
F&B Production , Menu Planning , Alcoholic and Non Alcoholic Beverages<\/p>\n
Various types of cutlery<\/p>\n
Room servicing and different type of rooms<\/p>\n
Minimum Education —- 3 years Degree\/ Diploma in Hotel Management<\/p>\n
Work Experience —- 10 years – 15 Years<\/p>\n
Age Range — 35 years – 50 Years<\/p>\n
Gender —- Male \/ Female<\/p>\n
Industry Exposure Required — Out of total experience min 3-4 years with experience in a 5 star Hotel or organization of repute \/ Reputed organization and Institute<\/p>\n
Functional Reporting —- Delivery Head<\/p>\n
Administrative Reporting — Centre Operations Manager<\/p>\n
IT Knowledge\/ Other Competencies —- MS Office, Fidelio\/ Opera<\/p>\n
Travel —- Yes (Must be open)<\/p>\n
Compensation Band —– 45 K – 60 K (Per Month) + Incentive (PLI) 10 K PM <\/p>\n
