Job Responsibilities<\/p>\n
. You shall be responsible for achieving weekly\/monthly admission target<\/p>\n
2. You Shall be responsible for delivering impactful sales presentation in nearby areas of respective location<\/p>\n
3. You shall make productive house calls<\/p>\n
4. You Shall be responsible for admission process & documentation, batch formation, giving career seminar at education institutes, schools, colleges etc<\/p>\n
5. Facilitate data management, team management and managing\/ preparing MIS<\/p>\n
6. Ensuring Proper handling of all queries of students & parents by effective counselling.<\/p>\n
7. You shall make productive BA tie ups<\/p>\n
8. You will be required to conduct STP activities regularly for your centres.<\/p>\n
Minimum Education —- Graduate <\/p>\n
Work Experience — 4 years – 6 Years<\/p>\n
Age Range —- 25 years – 30 Years <\/p>\n
Gender — Female<\/p>\n
Industry Exposure Required <\/p>\n
1. Sales Experience in Education\/ Retail industry\/ Service Industry<\/p>\n
2. Team Player, Self initiator<\/p>\n
3. Should have Fire & Hunger for Sales and should be a consistent High performer<\/p>\n
4. Preference would be given to Candidates from Education \/ Time Share\/Kinder \/Financial Selling\/Insurance counsellors<\/p>\n
Functional Reporting —- Centre Sales Manger (CSM)<\/p>\n
IT Knowledge\/ Other Competencies — Basic Computer Knowledge <\/p>\n
Travel — Yes with in city <\/p>\n
Compensation Band —- 30 K – 50 K (Per Month)<\/p>\n
