5. Graduation is the min educational qualification, If PG in Marketing specialization would be better and smooth for marketing<\/p>\n
6. Prior experience (at least 2 years) in marketing capacity<\/p>\n
7. Very Good communication skills<\/p>\n
8. Local language is essential to deal all level of customers<\/p>\n
9. Should have worked with at least a couple of FFMC\u2019s in a similar capacity and strong in Marketing especially to corporate segment.<\/p>\n
10. Should have been a team leader leading a team under him.<\/p>\n
11. Presentable, Pleasing personality, Polite composed to handle any situation.<\/p>\n
12. Salary Level: Commensurate with Experience<\/p>\n

The Team Leader is responsible for Business development and should plan his Marketing calls for the day.
\nThe Team Leader should generate his own data base and look forward for data base through his own sourcing for a prospective client.
\nThe Team Leader to ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, collection of one time documents and collection of documents during sale\/purchase as per AML\/KYC norms.
\nTeam Leader to ensure the process of tallying cash (FCN, T. Cheques and Pre paid Cards) on daily basis are adhered by the cashier and verifying by another team member is in place on daily basis.<\/p>\n
The Team Leader has to manage the administration of the branch in an effective manner and ensure there are no customer complaints.<\/p>\n
