Job responsibilitites – * Following up with leads (given to them from company’s end) Customer handling, Conversion of those leads to prospects.
\n* Arranging for site visits of Clients. Good knowledge about Real Estate market is a must to convince Customers and solve their queries.
\n* Continuous follow up with the customers and building & retaining client relationships through continuous follow up with clients for their requirements.
\n* Meeting with customers, negotiating the sale price and closing the deal
\n*Responsible for achieving monthly sales targets<\/p>\n
Salary – 15000 to 25000 per month depending on the interview<\/p>\n
