Job Description:<\/p>\n
– Managing large amounts of Inbound and Outbound calls in a timely manner.<\/p>\n
– Identify Customers- needs and delivering Voice Service to the customers on Insurance related queries and complaints.<\/p>\n
– Delivering of excellent Quality service to customers to achieve total Customer Satisfaction.<\/p>\n
– Customer Focus and Adaptability to different personality types.<\/p>\n
– Meeting standard Call Centre KPIs – Quality, Call Volume, First Call resolutions etc.<\/p>\n
Professional Skills:<\/p>\n
– Excellent command on English and Hindi must.<\/p>\n
– Previous Experience in a Customer Support Role \/ Knowledge or Exposure to Insurance Industry is an added advantage.<\/p>\n
– Strong Phone and Verbal Communication Skills along with active listening.<\/p>\n
– Good knowledge of MS Office especially Excel.<\/p>\n
– Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively<\/p>\n
